The Last Stage to Pasco
by Harland Eastwood

ISBN: 0-9823834-5-2   Non-Fiction, Historical: 159 pages, 123 photos.

This book deals with the first airmail service that came to the Inland Northwest in April of 1926.  To celebrate that event, referred to as the Airmail Jubilee, promoters arranged for an old bullet-scarred stagecoach to retrace many of the original mail routes of earlier
days.
One of the Old West's best known stage drivers, Felix Warren, was chosen to drive the Concord coach from Spokane to Pasco and back to Spokane.  The 459 mile stagecoach Journey and the inauguration of airmail service with its many twists and turns is the subject of this work.  The book includes a bibliography and index.
